With over thirty years experience in construction, I can review applications before the ZBA thinking of both the future and the present environmental and economic impact to the Town.  Formerly employed by Avco Lycoming.

Vision of Stratford’s Long Term Economic Development:

Stratford’s long term development depends on the creation of new jobs, more opportunities for small business as well as larger ones.  I believe this could be accomplished by targeting unoccupied real estate throughout the town.  We could try luring big business and franchise operations for starters.  Speeding up the Shakespeare renovations and other earmarked construction projects will help generate revenue for the town.
